Due to this new recent national lockdown the team at advanced pets has decided to make a few changes to our services and the way we operate.
Changes we are making:
From now on we shall be implementing contactless delivery, all products shall be left either at the front door or in your selected safe place
WE RECOMMEND ALL PAYMENT ONLINE
For those clients who are shielding, we will be adding an option at checkout so we are aware and can act accordingly and prevent any unnecessary physical contact with you.
We will now be wearing facemasks when we deliver your order to protect both you and ourselves.
Allowing More Time
Please allow more time per delivery we have recently implemented live order tracking where you receive an SMS text message giving you updates and live tracking on your order.
