Our current dispatch time will always be shown at the top of our site, we are a small businesses gaining over 50+ orders a day which is just insane!
Our current Dispatch time is 3-5 WORKING days (Please note this does not include delivery time nor weekends/bank hoildays)
During Certain holiday period our dispatch time may take longer but you will be made aware of this - once your order is complete you will receive full tracking details.
We are planning on improving our dispatch time more as we grow!
Due to being a small local business we are trying our hardest to keep our prices down but offering the same great service!
We've added a admin fee which is a certain % on each order to help us with the following costs:
- Booking your item into our system.
- Cost of delivery fuel (extra delivery fees may be charged for postcodes outside of Gloucester)
- General Admin tasks
This fee goes towards maintaining our small business and allowing us to keep our prices at an all time low,

All our "Order In" products are ordered from our supplier every Monday.
Delivery may vary dependant on what the product is.

Once your order has been fulfilled within our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and any order updates throughout the entire process of your order to keep you in the loop. You can also track your order via ‘my’ account section
Please note our Royal Mail 24/48 hours tracking will only update when the item has been delivered.
If you want to cancel your order, go to ‘My Account > My Orders’ and click Refund/Return Request. Please wait patiently until a member of our team processes your cancellation. You will receive email confirmation that your order has been successfully cancelled.
Our Return Policy:
We have availability of up to 9,000 products on our website with new products being added daily. The stock is up dated every 2 days by a member of the team. On the rare chance that we have sold out of the product that you want, please contact us to be added to a back order list.
